Order Process
There are no obligations when you request a quote or more information, or submit your idea/drawings/concept for a design review.
Tell us about your team and custom project ideas using the "Start an Order form" at the bottom of this page, or email info@vclookfly.com to start the conversation or set-up a phone call with a Lookfly team member.
Options & Information
Once you contact us with a request for more information, a Lookfly team member will be in touch within 1-2 business days to help you figure out the best apparel options for you and discuss design options.

While we don't produce our own cotton products, such at t-shirts or hoodies, we do have great customization partners in the UK and Europe. If you are interested in a screen printed order over 50 units, please get in touch and we can discuss options.
Design
Good design is everything, and we've got a fantastic team of talented, professional designers available to help actualize your dreams.
Collect Order Details
Launch your Team Store, or collect your team’s order details yourself and submit via the Lookfly order form, or use our online webform.
Traditional/"Bulk" Ordering: An order form and email communication. You will send us the specific order information (sizes, numbers, etc.) using our online or Excel order form (or we'll help transfer your data onto our form).
Team Store: Creating a Team Store and offering your custom apparel to your teammates/members directly is the way to go if you want to share the order responsibility with those receiving the apparel, or to fundraise from potentially supportive community members.
We'll create a custom collection in our online store so that people can order - and pay - directly. No more administrative or financial burden for you!
Confirm Costs
We will get you the confirmed pricing you need - no hidden or added costs!
Start Production
Once your design, order and payment are confirmed, your order will be sent to production. We ask that you wait patiently for your gear to be delivered, based on the timeline and delivery due date confirmed before submission.
You will receive a tracking number when your order is shipped.
Order Review
Once you receive your shipment, please check your order carefully.
We require any issues and incorrect or missing order aspects to be reported within 10 business days of delivery.
We will replace or refund any order that was made incorrectly due to VC error (such as receiving the wrong product, size, or player number).
Our quality guarantee covers any product or manufacturing defects that occur within 60 days (this does not cover regular use wear and tear, or damage due to things like jumping over a fence to grab a disc/ball).
