We're delighted to announce that teams placing custom orders with Lookfly can now opt for RECYCLED FABRIC.
Our Production Team has been working tirelessly in order to offer a post-consumer recycled fabric which performs at the same level our customers have come to expect. This new fabric is 125gsm, which is comparable to the material used for our Hex Shorts and Revolution Hoodies, and only slightly heavier than the Pure75 fabric introduced for production of our 2020 kit.
Our recycled fabric is slightly more expensive than our normal fabric, however we feel it's essential to be able to offer teams who are mindful of their environmental impact the option to help make a difference!

Here are more details on our fabric options:
*New* Pure75: Ultimate’s unrivalled performance fabric! At 75 gsm, this material is extremely lightweight features improved durability over our 2017-2019 Pure fabric. Pure75 is now used for all tanks, jerseys, long sleeve jerseys.
*New* Pure125: At 125 gsm, this is a more substantial version of our Pure fabric which still feels extremely soft, smooth and lightweight on the body. Much like our Pure75 fabric, this material is now more durable thanks to an advanced yarn weaving technique. The extra weight of Pure125 makes it ideal for more complex styles such as our Ripper, Revolution and Favourite Hoodies. We also use it for shorts, which need a bit of extra weight to hang properly.
*New* Recycled Hex: Developed to be as close as possible to our parent-company VC Ultimate’s FlexLight fabric, this material is also 125 gsm, soft, smooth, and comfortable… and most importantly, made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic! Whist this is still one of the lightest fabrics in our sport, players who are used to Lookfly’s feathery Pure fabrics will find our recycled fabric to be slightly more substantial due to its construction and weight. We feel that helping to save our planet is worth it!
