Sublimated Garments
It is a very detailed and somewhat exotic way to artwork and logo your technical Lookfly garments allowing for considerably more advanced design possibilities across every inch of your jersey than traditional methods like screen printing. As the artwork is digitally designed and printed you have the freedom to chose a rainbow of colours, fonts and gradients and any other 'jazz' you can think of!
Technical Details:
Dye sublimation is a digital print method used with man-made fibres in which the ink becomes part of the fabric. The dye sublimation transfers are sublimated (heated ink turns into a gas and bonds with the fibres ) with a heat press. It can also be used to apply graphics to non-fabric items such as tiles and metal.

Because the dye actually sublimates into (becomes part of) the fibres of the clothing, dye sublimation does not feel like it sits on top of the garment like a screen printed logo would. It has excellent stretchability on technical fabrics and has no limitations on the number of colours in a design.
