| How Do I Order? |

Start![]() ![]() Ok, so you're the one. The team has given the job of ordering new uniforms to you (also known as the kit monkey). In the old days this would mean finding out where you could even get 20 shirts that looked the same and in the correct sizes. If you phoned up a promotion company then maybe you could get them printed up with a clever logo! Ultimate Gear!? High tech fabrics?! Ethical manufacturing?! Surely not. Well then, let us help you out. Lookfly have got it nailed. Not only do we weave tailored for sports technical fabric but we design the garments, print them and are able to individualised each one with numbers and names all in one place. Follow the simple steps above and you'll be on your way but first let us answer some obvious questions...
1 - DesignThe very first thing you need to decide is, what do you really want? What are your team colours? For most people this comes down to team shirts, sometimes even matching shorts as well. Let's start with the shirts shall we. Take a look below at our custom uniform creator. You can use it to browse through our designs and colours until you find what you think is perfect for your team. You can even email the design to friends and team members for approval before you move on to step 2.
To design your new kit simply follow these basic steps: 7. Email the design to <teamname>@lookfly.com>. It's a great way to commmunicate your order to us.
2 - ShortsLookfly Shorts made from Aquaduct fabric are build for comfort and style.
3 - The Order FormThe Lookfly Order from is right here... http://www.lookfly.com/uk/downloads/LookflyOrderSummaryForm08.zip While we are very flexible with the method of ordering typically, it will help your order immensely if you submit this order form completed thoroughly. The order form contains detailed team and player pages with simple dropdowns to enter each persons requirements. It also asks questions about numbering, number colour, number font, print colours and lots of other stuff that might otherwise get missed and also highlights areas of customisation like stitch/thread colour and number/name font that your may not have thought about.Using this form could knock a few days to a week off of the production time and also will allow you to double check and summarise your order for yourselves to avoid mistakes. Lookfly pride ourselves on our record of near 100% on time and accurate delivery. Any instances where customer satisfaction have not been maximised have often come down to the team ordering process consisting of series of emails, napkins, phone calls that while we do our best to piece together, with so many sizes, colours and customisation options, it can make the job extremely difficult. This is the reason we created this form, and also the reason for Step 4. 4 - Confirm After we have received your order form, you will be emailed a pdf of an order confirmation. This will summarise things like deadlines, shipping information along with the quantities of each shirt and short design and size. It is paramount that you review this. We would estimate that most customers give this a quick glance and email us approval. At this point we will manufacture exactly what is on the confirmation regardless of what the order form said because this form is exactly what goes to manufacturing and printing. Also...in addition of confirming your order a deposit amount will be detailed as well. Approval of the confirmation by email combined with payment of the deposit will trigger the beginning of manufacturing and not before. There are instances where we issue credit to returning customers however this is not policy. 5 - Look flyJust 2-3 weeks ( with Lookfly Lite kit ) or 4-5 weeks ( with Lookfly Full Fat customised kit ) after confirmation is complete you can expect a delivery of your new team uniforms! ![]() (Above: Flyght Club celebrate their first win in the new team look!) |
