Here are the answers to some of the most common questions we hear from customers.  If you have a question we have not addressed in this list, please feel free to contact us.


How do I know if the garment I order will fit me correctly?

For questions about sizing, please view our size charts. If you are still unsure about how an item will fit, we will sell you a sample of the garment style that you are interested in, which you can then return within 30 days for a full refund, as long as the garment is in good, clean condition upon return.

How long will it take for my order to be produced?

Custom sublimated gear will take 4-5 weeks from order confirmation to be produced, not including shipping time.  Please add up to 1 additional week for shipping within Europe.

What is your minimum order?

Our minimum order is 12 units of any style for sublimated goods. You may mix any combination of men’s and women’s sizes (XS-XXL) within the 12 units, as long as they are the same style.

Smaller quantities of gear can be produced, depending on the style, but surcharges may apply. Please contact Lookfly with any questions about your reorder.

How much does standard shipping cost?

Lookfly gear is made and shipped from within Europe, so no duties or taxes will be due upon delivery. The minimum package cost is £18/shipment. Per item rates vary based on quantity (VAT included).

  • 12-49 units: £1.45/unit
  • 50-99 units: £0.90/unit
  • 100+ units: £0.60/unit
What format should I send you my artwork in?

For sublimation artwork, we prefer vector files created in Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw.

What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with the workmanship of our product, Lookfly will repair it, replace it, or refund your money. Quality issues must be brought to our attention within 10 days of your gear being delivered.

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

In order to make sure that your uniforms are produced correctly, we do not allow any changes to your order once it has been approved. Once an order is placed with production, we will have to submit any additional unit requests as separate orders and surcharges may apply. You may not cancel aspects of a custom order once it has been approved.

What are your payment terms?

Payment in full is required to begin processing your order. We do accept school purchase orders and will accept the payment terms of your educational institution.

How should I care for my Lookfly gear?

All Lookfly products should be washed in cold water prior to being
 worn for athletic activity. Wash garments inside-out and hang to dry – do not dry-clean!
